We start with ‘who is going to be your buyer?’ We know who your buyer is and where they come from and tailor marketing and selling strategies accordingly. 2018/2019 - ‘Allure Estate’ by Villaworld at Box Hill, a boutique development of 42 designer house and land packages where Glass Real Estate was appointed the exclusive listing agency. Villaworld is the largest provider of housing in Australia and an ASX 300 listed company, bought out by AVID Property Group in 2019.
2020 - Glass Real Estate was the conjunction agency for ‘The Sunland Collection’ at Gables Box Hill, a limited release of 15 four bedroom family homes for Sunland Property Group.
2020/2021 – Glass Real Estate was selected to as the exclusive selling agency for the ‘Hillsbrook Estate’ at Box Hill on behalf of Villaworld Homes by AVID Property Group. Consisting of a mix of 34 house and land packages and land only sales.
We work with builders to sell contract housing, house and land packages as well as packaging builders’ homes on land estates. We have partnered with;
Villa World Homes, AVID Property Group, Sunland Group, Masterton Homes, Simonds Homes, Champion Homes as well as smaller custom builders.
